Coach LJ is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has just completed an accelerated DBT skills group. Over this 12 week class LJ realized how valuable these skills were for everyday life and how it could be applicable to let's just TRAIN's mission to provide holistic personal training. Good Health includes all facets of ones self: physical body, emotions, mind, spirit and social aspects all work together to make up the self. If one thing is out of whack it could cause a domino effect.
Coach LJ is in process of developing this organization, this website is hosted on TrainSpace which is powered by GoHighLevel. All of this is rather new to coach LJ and the process is daunting.
